In front of the lecture hall was Aiden Korovin. He explained the sheets projected on the board. Complicated formulas about energy, Masaru assumed. It might've been basic material for second year students, but Masaru didn't make much of it. It didn't help that he barely spoke Darkaian. Aiden had a pleasant voice. Calm but confident. There were about two hundred students in that room, but you didn't hear a single one of them. All them listened in awe.This started as a simple doodle, but then I went all crazy on the colors.
The story is a lot of Aiden these days. He's an awful man, but I really like writing about him XD

You draw your illustration based on your novel?

It's a massive novel. There's so much story that I don't really worry about spoilers

I'm not sure if I ever asked about the gloves before. He's always wearing them. Is Aiden a germaphobe?

Nah... Aiden is just an intriguing character to write about. All the games he plays...
As for the gloves. It's neither.
Aiden lost his arm in an accident as a kid. They replaced it with a cybernetic one. Being the mad scientist that he is, he of course tweaked the artificial limb and stretched its capabilities to the limit. It's convenient for the work he does. However, he doesn't feel like answering questions about it every single time (he's not a fan of the press in general), so he just covers it up.

This instantly reminded me of some of my classroom settings in university--you know just how to work with composition and subjects from a-close so that you present a clear vision for every scene you make
