well I think a meaning could be applied to this very easily. But if you didn't tkae the photo with a meaning in mind, then it's silly for others to try and put one to it. I liked this one before, and I like it even better now ^^

This is really a beautiful photo. I love the black and white and i love the contrast between something that was once supple, green and alive and the cold, perpetually dead chain link fence. I also really like how the subject (fence/vine) is nicely lit and the background falls into shadow to provide a nice backdrop for the subject. It's also nice on another level b/c the background has a very naturalistic feel and you could see the vine as nature trying to encroach upon civilization and dying in the attempt. Fantastic work
