Background for said costume:
This outfit is what is worn during the Tall Oaks Incident and the days in Tall Oaks prior on my third Resident Evil Corporate Battles roleplaying site.
In late June, he attends Tall Oaks as a Civilian to be audience to the Presidential Speech... It's been a little over six months since his botched mission in New York, and Damian had decided to take some personal time and oversee the President's speech as a civilian. In this six month period, the prior happy-go-lucky and chivalrous person that Damian was became degenerated to a depressed and rather spiteful drunk. His unkempt image personally not bothering him, his odor was reputed by those who met him during this time as being: 'Smelling of tobacco with a hint of 'whisky aftershave''. The dark rings under his eyes express the lack of sleep hes been suffering due to the nightmares of both Raccoon and of last Christmas...
