thank you, sometimes people think certain colors can't be use together but I think it can be perfect to contrast things.

Which event? The city my girlfriend lived in had 6 jewish women shot and one murdered, by a muslim man who was upset with isreal. This happened on the 28th and was not covered by national news.

That was covered here tho, but I'm not talking about that event, that's only a result of much bigger events going on in the world now.

The Seattle shooting was covered there? Glad to see the US media is once again out done and by people thousands of miles away. Dont expect help from anyone here, most people cant point out isreal on a map. The ones that can just choose a side so their political party will win the next election.

Yeah it was covered in the newspapers and on the tv news here, was a small item but it was covered. It's really bad when media gets censored in a way (I see it happen a lot with channels like CNN or FOX. I work at the news myself so I can compare things).

Well media is always bias to a degree. Simply sentance structure and words can change everything. You are right though, CNN and Fox are the worst. They are also the biggest on their respective sides of the political spectrum. Independent media does a better job sometimes but often times are ran by nut jobs who are even more bias than the big guys. It seems to me that this wasnt covered by CNN for a number of reasons. First and foremost it provokes American intervention once again into the Mid-East. Something CNN has been complaining about for some time now. With this out in the open people may start to think of all Islamics as radicals and more hate could spread. Personally I dont think it was part of a bigger conspiracy but was definitly by all means a hate crime and an act of terror against the Jewish people. I try to watch both news stations equally as well as listen to talk shows represented by both parties.

True, every news medium is biased like, what do we broadcast and what not, what will be put on the frontpage etc. Perhaps the preventing hate thoughts is a good reason, I wouldn't know, it's true too many people with half a brain get hateful feelings after news like that, we had similar hateful feelings in this country after some "terroristic threats" and such, were people started burning mosques and such. I don't like my information to be filtered, but I guess people who don't want that are smart enough to find other sources for their information.

Strong work here. I love your dive into the world of abstract art even more than your excellent photomanips, I guess. It's really inspiring what you can achieve using different tools and more extraordinary techniques (like scanning). Hope to see more of this direction of your art in the future.

Absolutely beautiful! I love your colors and textures like all your works! I kinda wish the three "objects were moved up a tad but that's just me! Goregeous work still and it's great to see a new post from you! You work always shows that you care about what you are creating and I love that!

I also am working on an image that's inspired by what's happening today that I just can't believe! Though I am pretty much taking my time on it since I keep watching CNN and adding new ideas to it. I need to turn the TV off and finish it!

I think this piece really shows your true artistic power/talent! This is so abstract and vague. I have no clue what the piece means.. But I keep on coming back to look at it. I have no clue what's going on in this piece, but yet it intrigues me so much. The way it looks - and this goes for most of your artwork - it looks unbreakable: As viewers and artist we try to see how you may have created this and what techniques you used. But it's simply unbreakable! And I keep thinking "Why do I keep on looking at this!? What makes this so interesting?!? What makes this so great!??". It is tearing me apart! I have followed you Dennis for quite some time now and I thought I would pick up that sense, that sense of being able to tell how you created (to some extent) your art and what techniques you used, especially after the "Trophies are for Cowards" breakdown, but it blows my mind and I seem to have no idea how you could have pulled this off. When I look at it, I see nothing, but I also see everything. It's hard to explain. I would really like to see a breakdown of this or any of your abstract artworks.. I know there is something you do in PS, some adjusting of color balance or just something! But it makes your artworks seem so unrealistic but so, so fucking realistic at the same time and it blows my mind! Maybe I'm going insane or something haha! If anyone else feels the same way, please speak up and tell me that it's not just me. Your artworks brings new boundries and depth to all that I look for in art! I've said it before and I'll say it again - You're a true inspiration and I love your work so much.... I guess I just wish I could understand it more. Absolutely loved what you did for Imperial, btw!! I know I told you that though. Nothing but love man!!

Thanks a lot, well I can't tell you exactly what I do, since making things like this feels like a natural process to me, so I can't really pinpoint what it is then. When I make a piece like this again, I'll make a breakdown again, perhaps that will clear things up. I know I spend a lot of time on adjusting colors tho, I'm not easily happy with them. Well thanks a ton for your reply and also thanks for the compliment on the Imperial artwork, it was great to work with Pascal on that one, he did a good job with the type. Anyway I think I'll have a breakdown of a piece like this in a week or so.
