I'd love to see this one in person because I would be able to
see the paint layering. Nice job with the framing ( I really
like the shadow work [ are some of the shadows created by
the burn tool ? ] - it almost makes this look like an old photo,
or windowglass from a car that was submerged in water for
years, then raised and left in the sun to bake. )

Is the stringy blood-like stuff stretching from the face to the hand hand-painted or stock? Looks great.

I think the whole idea of peeling of faces is quite old, now I think of it it was probably triggered because I saw an old episode of "V" on the evening before. Ah well perhaps I should have used a lizard =]. Thanks for the comment.
