Description

When I was at Art School one of the Tutors did an exhibition of paintings; nudes done as landscapes. It stuck in my mind. I guess this is also influenced by Georgia O’Keeffe’s paintings of the New Mexico landscapes. Growing up in Central Otago with sunburnt hill ranges during hot summers. Late afternoon sun casting purple shadows on a golden landscape. I can see that I’m not finished with this concept. There will be more like this. Strong artistic nudes.
