Creative title, yeah! 8UAhaha, I swear I draw things that aren't Layton. (Though at least this one doesn't involve psychologically scarring children so that's new or something) But unfortunately my tablet broke over spring break and I couldn't finish much of anything. This was sort of finished, I guess? Except there are things I want to fix...and I can't find the psd file and oh god why 8U
Feel free to give me critique and if I ever find that psd file I'll fix any overlooked mistakes and stuff 8U
Also I'm sort of really behind on messages. I don't mean to be ignoring anybody, though. :0

The textures and lighting look terrific! And so many thoughtful (and I imagine painstakingly time-consuming) details, like the dandelion, the cracks in the bricks, and the worn marks on the door. And their anatomy is sound... Luke's feet are so cute~
The only "mistake" I notice is that the bottom right panel of the door does not match up with the others. That's the only thing.
But this is still a great mix of realism and cartoon! I'm proud of how far you've come.

Thanks for pointing that out! There's always a few little things I tend to overlook, aha. This is actually the second version of this...the errors in the first are much more gratuitous. xD

You're welcome! I think artists need editors/second pairs of eyes just as much as writers. I'm always making stupid mistakes and thinking, "Gee, I wish someone could have pointed that out to me before I inked it." XDD
