Great imagining and details. I love the pained mouth/jaw area accomodating such a big gag. With all your pieces I personally am most excited and drawn to the way you torment and bind the breasts. Are those tightening screws around the boobs or needles? I like the idea of screws to add pressure and pain, but slowly. Great work, and very beautiful coloring.

I really like the idea of the metal cages that stretch and support waist and neck.
I'm sure that the poor patient is looking for some breasts treatments: with a good stretching she will be able to wear metal stretching cages for her tits too!
