This is Spot. His name shall be Spot and Spot he shall be named.

Spot now sits beside my computer monitor and glares at me because he apparently hates my music. I can't say I blame him, I'd probably hate my music, too.
He also likes to try and attack my finger through the glass and swims to the top of the tank every few minutes to see if I fed him. Spot is a greedy fish.

I needed a buddy for my make-shift office, so Spot came home with me today. I thought I was getting a blue/purple Betta, but because Petsmart people are bastards and put food coloring in their water, I wound up with a purple/red Betta. But that's just fine because he is Spot and Spot is mine.

I needed a break and so I broke out Painter and whipped this little baby up. I had sooo much fun doing it. It's far from perfect and I know that the anatomy isn't correct. But meh, I just wanted to doodle. And it turned out well enough, so here it is. By the way, the swirlies in the background are totally stolen from =Andoledius . Obviously her swirlies pawn mine a thousand times over but shh. We'll just pretend I have talent. ...yes I know I should have put some red/purple in the background to tie the image together. Shh. Pretend I have talent, damn you!

...by the by, for those wondering, he's called Spot because he has a spot by his tail fin. See? There! *points to it* ...I was going to give him a real name, but Spot seems to have won out. So Spot he shall be.
