Yep a new design. It's been around for a while

Bio
Dr Lalinde's first creation that started as contest for energy efficient robots that do high output work. Quake Woman (or Tempo) uses the base of a boiler and uses steam as a primary power source with a electric backup. This explains her bulky stature. Steam and heat tend to build up quickly so she has vents on parts of her body to let steam out. She was built for rock research, extraction, and demonstration with her Quake Drill. Due to a miscalculation that resulted in a mine collapse, she was accused of being distracted due to her personality. As a result, it was removed along with most of her will and decision making code, leaving her as an emotionless shell, when an another mine accident occurred due to Quake Woman not being able to make decisions, Lalinde regretted removing her personality and was pretty hard on herself afterwards. She made a new personality, will and decision making code that was more flexible than the last, having it be based more on nurture. As a result when Tempo isn't working on projects, she is allowed go with friends to learn and reflect the results of emotion. With Lalinde's permission (and Sally Acorn's request) she is allowed to go to South Island, where she generally helps out with construction projects there.

Personality
At first, Tempo was like a child, she found everything fascinating and was easily distracted with everything. She was also slightly clumsy. These traits lead to blaming her for the accident in the mine. Now with her new chips, she doesn't have much of a personality but it seems to start with her decision making. She speaks with a monotone voice and she doesn't show much emotion but she has hints of care, fear, forgiveness and determination. She looks sad and rather intimidating but she is actually harmless. Sally told her to begin her emotional growth she must have a goal to work off of. So when she isn't busy she makes it a goal to stand by Sally's side.

Ability/Powers
She can create earthquakes with her drill or her stomps at startling accuracy. She can gauge the damage her tremors cause and can control their duration. Her friends offer to show her a fighting style but she can't seem to learn them and the result is a very rough brawler fighting "style" that isn't a style at all just thrown punches and kicks that are followed though, some attacks result in her landing flat on her face. However she hits very hard and has amazing strength and durability. Some are so strong they seem to have very strange properties such has stopping the enemy still in a shocked like state even in midair, before they fly off. Her boiler tends to overheat and she lets out steam to cool it. Having it blow up doesn't destroy her but its a final resort and she takes heavy damage.

She is resistant to physical attacks due to her armor but she is weak to her own attacks and Earth element
