As someone, who used to watch Mighty Morphin Power Rangers β on a DAILY BASIS (while undergoing my cancer treatments β back, in the 90's), I can, safely, say that it was NEVER called Dino Megazord Tyranno Mode!

Dino Megazord has 3 count 'em 3 morphinmenal modes, Tyranno Mode is when the Tyrannosaurus Rex Dinozord links up with Mastodon, Pterodactyl, Tricreatops, and Saber-Toothed Tiger Dinozords into the Dino Megatank and then when lifts up it becomes Dino Megazord in Tyranno Mode and the face of Dino Megazord in Tyranno Mode looks like a fusion between Gaiking and Optimus Prime, Dragonzord Mode is when the Dragon Dinozord or Dragonzord for short links up with Mastodon, Triceratops, and Saber-Toothed Tiger Dinozord into Dino Megazord in Dragonzord Mode and the face of Dino Megazord in Dragonzord Mode looks like a fusion between Ultraman and Lion Voltron, and when all Dragon, Mastodon, Pterodactyl, Triceratops, Saber-Toothed Tiger, and Tyrannosaurus Rex Dinozords combine they've become Dino Megazord in Unity Mode, not only that Dino Megazord in Unity Mode is kinda like a knight is because of Dragonzord's armor, but when Dino Megazord in Unity Mode links with Titanus the Brachiosaurus Carrier Dinozord or Carrierzord for short they would become Dino Ultrazord uniting all 7 Dinozords into a powerhouse warrior~
