Actually, Discord would be A LOT closer to a fusion of Bat-Mite and Mxyzptlk than he would the Joker. Which is a good thing because, let's be honest; a version of the Joker that had Discord's powers would be AUTOMATICALLY upgraded from a "Batmare" villain to an "entire Harmony League" villain (because it would take a small army of A-list heroes all working together to stand any chance at all against him)
Actually, the Mane-Iac would be a better pick for the Joker (she's pretty heavily based on the Joker to begin with).

Yeah. I could definitely see this. Of course, Scoots would probably be a mixture of all the Robins (with the rest of the Crusaders [including Babs and Gabby] as the REST of the main Teen Titans [particularly Sweetie Belle as Cyborg and Gabby as Starfire]). Like some of the others here, I can definitely see AJ as Superman.

Gilda as Harvey Dent/Two-Face

Thorax as the Martian Manhunter
The Mane-Iac as the Joker (given she's based pretty heavily on the Joker to begin with, this is almost a no-brainer)
Discord as a fusion of Bat-Mite and Mister Mxyzptlk (mainly because casting Discord as the Joker would automatically upgrade "the Joker" from a Batman villain to an "entire Justice League" villain [mainly because it would take SEVERAL top-tier heroes all working together to even stand a chance against a version of the Joker that had Discord's powers]. Besides, Discord is closer in personality to Mxyzptlk than Joker anyway).
