yer makes a difference i hate not having like the shutter lenght that f 22 has but.. in the end i got the motion and the sharpness

F22!!! buddy diffraction!!!! read about diffraction man, if Ur printing it makes a difference, your image will get softer from F16 as the apiture diaframe bends light to much, but photoshop can fix it a little still.
