A design for Voltna because I'm broke and want more children for my stash of charactersThe extra irises are there because I had the idea that the pupil could change depending on the current moon cycle but you don't have to use that if you don't want to o:
I was gonna use star eyes but they didn't look right imo.
The background was stolen from somewhere on Tumblr. I'm lazy and tired and didn't feel like making my own and couldn't decide on what colour to use so I just pulled up some random space backgrounds //shrug
