I loved the idea so much I just had to do it xD It took a while because I've been really busy lately and probably will be for quite a bit. I've hardly had time to draw at all.
I'd be willing to do more of these if anyone has any suggestions. I kinda already want Spy to be a Kecleon, and I'd really like to do Medic since hes my favorite but I'm not making him Chansey/Blissey/Audino. I mean come on...pink powder puffs aren't really suited to Medic. So any other ideas?

That's pretty cool! I love how you managed to get Engineers look perfectly fit a pokΓ©mon, but didn't change the Raitchu itself. Thumbs up for you!

Try a Gardevoir for a Medic. They have healing moves, and I think it fits pretty well.

Oh adorable! I love the colors and the grass looks beautiful. I do have one small problem with it though. His left ear looks a bit higher than the right one, and makes it look a little awkward coming out from behind the helmet.

I don't know if you plan on doing more of these, but I had a thought for the Medic: Gardevoir. It can learn Recover, as well as defensive moves like Reflect. Medic can't reflect anything, but the idea is similar (ubercharging the team to make them invulnerable). Just a thought.
Also, this is an awesome picutre. Raichu fits Engi pretty well, and the art style is really detailed and well done. Keep doing what you're doing, you're doing good.

It's hard finding one for Medic that actually works. A lot of the healer pokemon are either pink powder puffs or just don't suit his personality at all, imo xD I sketched out a few pokes to try and see which looked better as Medic and found that Mewtwo looks rather nice!
