Description I've been workin on and off on this with the little bits of free time that I had. Just another speedpaint. I'm really enjoying these xD

I had drawn this a few months back when I first saw Zorua's shiny. (currently trying to hatch one using the MM. Been going 5 days and lost count of how many eggs I've hatched x.x) And Joltik is just too adorable not to have a picture of xD
