I wias thinking of having my head on a stick. Like in the olden days after they chopped off peoples heads they would put them in sticks to ward off oncoming attackers and to try and stop people from stealing and stuff....as a jester making the king laught is the job and if you dont you get be-headed. I was adding irony to the situation

(or worse like whom the real Dracula is suppose to be based on, I have art I have yet to post on him but he stuck whole people on poles about 80,000 plus of them .."Vlad the impaler"..lets just say you wouldn't want to be a thief no , the art is not blood thirsty thought & like your idea it is the Fear that was imparted or you took the tragedy and turned it to comedy which is what we tend to do with tragedy..I think its really our way of dealing with serve disassociated tragedy at times)

but I like your irony yes and so true in that period of course it would have been more at the forefront of peoples minds.

possibility cause the pole is dark to the BG it doesn't hit you straight off...

It was just what I had in my head when the shot was being taken..and I tried to display it. The back ground may not have been the right one. However using props in any scenario and pulling it off makes a good model. Something I must work on

I don''t think I would have been a thief. I would be too scared of being caught. I would have just sat in the corner....or been a princess either one

which is funny for me to miss it actually
just the bar was dark again you
had it been brighter pole colour it would have probably got the penny to drop quicker
but I just miss it thats all..

just on that comment I made on vlad and thiefs

well the story was cause he was such a nasty bloke a merchant decided to park his cart full on money in the street figuring no one in there right mind would steal any..well someone did about 10 of what every they used as currency then..so he complained to vlad or whomever..
so he put out an order (I think it was)for it to be return that night and nothing would come of it..(something like that)
anyway so Vlad actually had someone go and put 11 back on the cart..the next day the merchant counted it and then he was asked how much was there he said all of it plus one
he was told, its a good thing you mention the plus one ..or other wise there was a pole with your name on it ...
so yeah..

I think Id take princess in another land far far away if I was you

My art was to be about how Fear is used to control us
and how our own fears can limit us..haven't got around to releasing it and probably knowing me wont now since the thought has passed..but yeah a amount of the time my art has a message or more so my thoughts on things in it

wow. Good story, imagine how scary that would have been! Yup princess all the way. In a safe and distant land that no one ever gets to see...mysterious how they do that lol.

well here's the rub..in his own country he's somewhat considered a bit of a hero for bring law & oder
