Nice I like the lighting and the limited color palette that is used; it helps expressing the "trapped" effect. Also, the tilted mirror creates the feeling of inconvenience, it's like the heavy black form is pushing down the mirrored figure (which is good in this occasion).

Thanks! I like titled images in general, though in this particular occasion it was more the circumstances that led me to take the photo that way. I'm still glad it turned out nice and you like it though! ^_^

maybe a different cropping.. I know I'm allways going on that.. but there is too much.. space that is empty.

Yeah, I know what you mean. As I wrote to another commenter, I felt it was my only choice right then because if I changed the point of view cropping: 1) both hands were no more visible 2) a part of the face was disappearing 3) her real self was either not visible enough to understand it's a human, or she was too visible and occupied a bit part of the photo (that I didn't want) 4) things were visible on the background which I really tried to avoided (even now I had to do a lot of photoshop to remove stuff, if I chose another point of view it would just be a photomanipulation!!! )

Hmmm I like the red on black and white and good on you for leaving some texture n but... I don't like the tilting so much. I think it looks a bit unintentional?

Thanks! Well, it was intentional but sad to hear it looks like that! I don't like the way it leaves a big space on the upper right part either though.

Well if you don't experiment you don't learn so don't be upset about it. Besides, it's still a nice picture.
