DESCRIPTION
Livius is a very laid-back and open-minded individual that prefers to resolve conflicts with words, if possible. He grew up taking care of puckoos and spoodles and developed a deep attachment to the species; whenever he sees one, he just can't resist going up to them and giving them a good petting. He's also a huge pun enthusiast and this annoys Balrona to no end, but a lot of the kids around town love it and that keeps him going.
Livius has an IMMENSE sweet-tooth, but keeps it in check to keep his body healthy as he requires peak physical condition for his job. He works full-time as a professional spite hunter in Wynsiph for sheriff Russell and is tasked with investigating reported spite sightings around the area, exterminating them as necessary. His relationship with Russell is a bit rocky at times due to their stark contrast in personality, but he gets the job done and is never late for work which is usually enough to keep him in the sheriff's good graces. Should he ever be scolded for his lack of a more serious demeanor by him, Livius' go-to response is to jokingly say he'll clean up his act once Russell cleans up his office, which more often than not earns him an additional scolding.
He's proficient with a variety of weapons including swords and pistols, but he has also adopted a peculiar fighting style he switches to in a pinch that focuses solely on using his feet. These unpredictable movements combined with his mastery of the speedy movement ability make him something of a whirlwind in a fight, and very difficult to keep track of. It is unknown where he learned to fight like this and he seems to want to keep it that way, for whatever reason. If he resorts to using this style of combat, his opponents will need to... stay on their toes (badum-tsss).
Despite having a pair of impressive wings, Livius still hasn't quite grasped flying yet and travels exclusively on foot for the time being. When he sleeps, he likes to wrap his wings around himself like a blanket and turn into a burrito. And while he often wears glasses during his day-to-day life, his vision is completely normal. The only reason he wears them is to imitate the appearance of the main character from his favourite novel: "The Strange Life of William Wynns," which he's adored since childhood. He's a huge nerd about it.
