POINTS OF INTEREST

Mana Village (Town)
A small settlement nestled between Mana Ridge and a large cliff. Safely hidden from the rest of the world, this village is home to none other than the chiot - a race of small, flight-capable creatures. This village is surrounded by a circular, wooden wall designed to keep out hostiles. Features include a town square with fountain, Explorer's Guild hall, town hall, explorer training facility, Philone's mansion, and a small forest park.

Mana Lake
A serene lake located just outside the walls of Mana Village. One of the most popular spots for chiot to visit on their days off. This lake is famous for producing glowing crystals in a variety of colours, which are often gifted to others as symbols of friendship, peace, and love.

Mana Forest
A dense forest filled with pine trees. It is home mainly to fennar, slimes, and chail. Relatively peaceful, this forest is a popular spot for chiot to go on hikes and practice their exploration skills. Trainees visit quite frequently to practice combat against hostiles.

Mana Ridge
A ridge surrounded by a wall of mountains and pointed rocks. Within the ridge are a series of tunnels, almost maze-like in composition. Dug out by various hostiles and explorers across the ages, this area is loaded with potential materials and long-forgotten belongings. Beware of sciverds!

Traveller's Eye
A vantage point located on the top of a cliff overlooking Mana Village. It is very difficult to reach and may take days of travelling to reach the peak. It is used largely by cartographers to scout out the land, however should one look to the east, they will see nothing but mist and fog...

Skaian Highlands
A vast area covered in tall grass and rolling hills. It's necessary to traverse this area to move further out into Skaia.

Angura Forest
A lush forest located south of Mana Village. Sunshine breaks through the leaves here from dawn till dusk, and this forest is home to many species of fauna. Resources like lumber, berries, and many, many mushrooms can be found here. Angura was considered a very pleasant and relatively safe place to visit for beginner explorers, until a mysterious beast was awakened within... Now most chiot are wary of travelling there.

Ruins of Mysteria
A dilapidated temple home to the ghostly race of culebratu. There are many treasures to be found here, however it is quite far from Mana Village and you are almost certain to be met with not only multiple traps, but also angry inhabitants as well. These ruins were first discovered by the Relic Hunters, Monterey and Vanatori.

Sky Ray
This mysterious creature can sometimes be spotted flying over Skaia with several other (smaller) members of its species. Where it travels to and from is unknown, and no chiot has ever been able to fly high enough to reach it.
