Inside I'm falling deep down while getting higher at the same time.

The darker it gets, the warmer and closer I get to me,
while the distance with the outside gets colder and further.
Following myself, I stray away from what "human" is and it feels so right.
Rooted in a room, buried inside the self until I collapse and lose it all.
That's the path I want and need, the path I know.
Weirdly you find it sad, like as you know what it is to be me.
Being right or wrong is not the case, it is what it is.
You are fighter I am not, you want to be strong and I don't.
Does my path lead to loneliness and no progress?
What if it does? I will pay the price, not you!
I won't try to change, I change with the flow.
If you want it to be different, find a way and do it,
but don't expect me to grow along.

Or maybe it is just my paranoia that judges so harsh...
Either way, the paranoia is me and I am it.
