Simple, yet beautiful.
On a closer look, the area around the beginning of the brush...line-thing and the hair seems sort of weird. It doesn't have that fixed quality everything around it has.
It's like... it isn't certain where the lines begin and therefore what kind of lines do they represent.
With a little imagination you can either imagine it following her or trying to attach itself to the back of her head/neck. So it's up to the viewer to create the setting... pretty much.

I wanted it to be like wind excaping her. but I just didnt want the swirls to be everywhere.
