Description
These behemoth lizards run the show in the eastern deserts. Weighing in at over 25 lbs, these lizards hunt in hoards and can take down a human in a matter of seconds using their wide jaws and serrated teeth if they are threatened. They are also notable thiefs that love to steal anything that shimmers in the desert sun. Their name comes from a history of travelers who have attempted to grab their tails after being looted, only to be left with a deep cut running along their palm.
