Click download to see full size.I used portrait images of the toys and lined them up, scaled them, and made a reasonably accurate representation of how the characters are sized in the cartoon.
In size order: Megatron, Ultra Magnus, Lugnut, Grimlock, Starscream, Shockwave, Blitzwing, Snarl, Lockdown, Soundwave, Bulkhead, Sentinel Prime, Optimus Prime, Swoop, Jazz, Ratchet, Blackarachnia, Prowl & Bumblebee

actully lugnut is just a bit taller than Megatron, Ultra Magnus would be slightly shorter than grimlock, Starscream (+ clones) is seen smaler than Blitzwing, Shockwave is just a bitt smaller than megatron, lockdown is about sentinel's height, soundwave would be sligtly smaller than Optimus prime (proboly), Sentinel is just a litle bit smaller than optimus, Jazz is about the same size as ratchet (maybe even a bitt shorter) and Blackarachnia is slightly taller than ratchet.
Else than that, i think you made a quite good jobb with the mesurement.
And sorry for all the accurate thinking.

Ya know one thing i couldnt figure out.
These sizes are pretty accurate, but the jettwins' size confuse me.
I've seen their toy size and their slightly shorter then prowl. And in the comic their smaller then jazz so that's pretty much the same size.
But in the tv show their VERY tall, like almost sentinel's size.
Im confused lol

Definitely should've used the Leader-class Bulkhead; he's supposed to be taller than Sentinal Prime.

shouldnt grimlock be around the range of blitzwing

I would swap out your Deluxe-class Bulkhead for the Leader-class, definitely. Much better size-proportioned.
And I think you may have Shockwave mis-transformed. I've seen pictures of him where he's nearly as tall as Ultra Magnus.

This looks pretty accurate, nice job. however i think bulkhead should be the same size as starscream. over good jb
