If Art could be defined as a thought or creation which inspires likewise thought and creation this has just qualified - for me, at least. I've been using it for a week now, and it suddenly made want to make a StarCraft Cursor set, at around this scale. It's well within my skills.
Even given my lightbulb moment, I still think these cursors are simply awesome, and well deserving of praise.

The outline is the same as these, but it's just a frame. The thing is, it's a big, ugly, pixelated mess from the nineties.
WinCustomize has a few versions of the set. They're all huge and they all suck. The point of a cursor is not being seen, it's just the point. Of the cursor, I mean.
It will involve some sidle moving gradients. Nothing too flashy.
