Go to the topic on Xentax forum you sent me. Download Hitman5.rar at first page. Then go to page 3
Scroll down and download assetsorter.cmd and resourcelib_unpacker.cmd
Copy unpacker.cmd and Hitman5.exe to where you want to port, run cmd it will unpack *.resourcelib files. Then copy assetsorter.cmd + Hitman5.exe to folder runtime in folder root of Hitman Absolution. And run sorter, it wi sort files with names.
Make sure you have Hitman Absolution Special Edition 2015. Because I have 2012 game. Assetsorter not work with me.

BTW, after extracting all the models from Hitman, how did you convert them to XNALara? Is there any plugin for any program out there?

You search for .BORG files in extracted folers
Drag and drop them into hitman5model.exe
.BORG will be converted to .SMD
Now you need SMD importer for Blender 2.7X which is very easy to get from Google.
Import model into Blender, flip UV of all parts and apply textures
To convert textures, drag and drop a .TEXT file into hitman5dds.exe and all textures will be converted in directory folder.
Some models are missed texture, which you must use Ninja Ripper to rip them manually, example Agent 47 head textures.
You only drag one by one file to hitman5model.exe and hitman5dds.exe, don't drag 2 or 3 at same timen it won't work.
For character models, look at the size of .BORG files, if file size is about 26-29kb, it'ld be a character model.
If file size is at 12-15kb, it will be a civillian models
If file size is from 4-8kb it maybe a animals or items
