The funny thing is, I've never played any of the games Jin's in. 
And I agree with you, I don't like playing as overly strong characters. I prefer speed and agility. And if you couple that with a decent amount of power...perfect!

For some reason, even the "easy" characters are remarkably hard for me to use. There's just something about Fighting games like Street Fighter that I just can't handle - I can't memorize the button combinations.

Memorize buttons is hard. Especially, arcade. It's quite different from PS2/PS3/PSP controller...
So, for arcade, practice is everything...(-.-)
Tekken player I know, (he use Lili) does great game! He won in America's Tekken fighting event!! He also practice alot for many years!

Haha, yeah. These guys' costumes can really throw you for a loop. That's one reason why I don't like designing very complex-looking characters!
