I didn't have any idea how long I was out, but it couldn't have been very long. As I began to come to, my eyes were still rolling around in my head and everything was blurry. But as I looked up ... I seemed to be on my back, spreadeagled and looking up at the ceiling ... I could see that black-clad woman towering over me. Then I felt her combat-booted foot pressing down on my chest, pinning me down like a bug in a science experiment. It felt like I had stacks of bricks on my hands and feet. I couldn't move if I wanted to ... and I dearly wanted to move out of that place. Then I started to hear ...

"Yes, this is Nighthawk Six. I've captured another perp at the corporate office." She was talking on her walkie-talkie. I couldn't make out the scratchy replies, but she was loud and clear. "Yes, I've got her under restraint. Another seems to be at large." Another reply. "No sir, no need for backup. Other one appears to be long gone. But do have them send somebody to pick up the cash. It's all just laying here." Pause. "Yes sir, I'll be sure to wait for them." Another pause. "No sir, hold the van. I'll bring the package to you. I'm not far." ... "Copy that. Nighthawk Six out."

I then felt the pressure of her foot release from my chest. I could already breathe easier, but was still very groggy. I then heard her say, "All right big girl, as soon as they come to pick up the dough, we'll be on our way!" I dreaded where we might be on our way to!
