Before the commander could finish her question, that girlish voice called out, "I'm Candygirl!" And stepping out of the glare of the street was a masked girl in a striking blue and pink outfit, brandishing a huge lollipop. Barely four feet tall, she could not have been older than twelve, but assumed a heroic stance as she presented herself as a defender of the poor old woman in the alley.
