I've got my figures through Renderosity.

I use DAZ Studio for the renders:

Then I used a stock photo for background:
[link]

And then I've compiled the figures and the background via a photo editor like Microsoft Digital Image Suite Editor 2006.

No, the EPICI SWAT soldiers are purchasable from Renderosity.com, and some of the weapons are out of print. But the DAZ Studio program I've rendered from is free.
