It appears that is done in Poser or some similar program...
Overall, the animation is good. It is certainly not easy to pull it off effectively. However, the figure's back appears a bit stiff while spinning.

WOW..that rocks!!! Only thing I could think of would be to have her look right and left first to see if anyone is watching before she spins..it give it a bit more character but still it's awesome. Can't wait to see a Superhawke one.
