Well can you maybe draw angel dust in your style? SO I can better tell you what needs to be worked on.
But I can already say dont use cell shading, or at least very lil cell shading, because it makes the fluff look more spiky. I mean, maybe there is a way to put in more cell shading and make it look good but I dont know this way.
So because of that, I recommend soft/blending shading. Same goes for the lighting.

Thank you! Well I'm not good/used to draw in the original artstyle and the thing I like most in fanart is the fact that basically everyone draws the same thing, but it's still different because of artstyle and imagination.^w^
