Ever wondered how Bill's mother was like? Or his parents in general?I'm not sure how they are but I already had an idea for the mother's design.^^
I drew her in a dress of the victorian age and I noticed how she kinda reminds me of eclipsa. Maybe that's the age her design is based on?

Thanks ^w^ It's just, I'm not good with creating colorpallets and this came by it's self! I thought that I should maybe try a dark yellow and suddenly it was so green and I really liked it^^
