YOU MUST DOWNLOAD THE BRUSH!brush used for not very complex, but still a nice effect, my main issue is that the biggest bubble looks different than the others when you use he pencil tool
you can download this, save it under the brush folder in your gimp folder, and use and customize it, but if you do please still credit me and give me a link to the picture you used it in, you may submit a customized version to DA as long as you credit and link but please don't resubmit the same thing.
also i recommend using the pencil tool, and since i made the original so big i also recommend a small scale
it does not work well on white backgrounds

of course^^ you may use it for your art if you like, but it looks kindaweird unless you do it like on black, and make sure its really small, cuz i failed at making it DX
