Description
Konna gazed out the cave at all the cubs by the Water Hole, then turned to his mum and asked;
"Mum, why can't me and Gemma play with the other cubs?"
Gemma looked at her brother suddenly and thought the same thing. Sauda said nothing, but her body went tense so Konna knew something was wrong.
"We don't play with them," Sauda finally said "Because the other cubs are not as strong as you and you may hurt them."
Gemma looked at her mother and saw she was lying.
"B-but I wouldn't hurt them!" Konna replied "I would be extra careful not to even scratch them or bi-"
"You are NOT going to play with the other cubs, Konna. And that is final!" Sauda snapped
Konna sighed and droped his head low.
"But you always say Konna is rubbish at fighting!" Gemma said quickly "How could he hurt them if he is not str-"
Suddenly, Sauda roared loudly and looked Gemma in the eye as she said;
"No-one, is going out of this cave! Is that understood?!"
Gemma didn't reply, instead she turned away from her mother and whispered; "I hate you."
Sauda smiled evily as she said;
"Finally we understand each other." And walked off to rest.
