This piece has a very special atmosphere which reminds me a lot of "Sins of a Solar Empire" xD
The space scene is very nice. I really admire the lighting generated by the distant star and how that looks on the nearby planets. The lens flare also looks really good!
However, the red "squares" which cover what I assume is a base don't really blend into the picture. The red color is far too bright, and if it were that bright, you'd see color bleeding on other nearby surfaces.
Aside from that, it's a great idea and image!
