It's a bunch of different outfits.   I used the sweater and skirt from Littlefox's ballet pieces for V4, the pants,back bow, and shoes are from her Vinn Innocence, the necklace from the steampunk outfit and that's all at DNA.  The top and corset are from Propschick's Princess Lilly at Renderosity.  I just made the skirt invisible.  *smile*
