I had the urge to draw last night over working on a manuscript. Was feeling a bit down about the current state of things. And, it's been a while!

If Regina George saw this she'd whisper to her group, "those are the ugliest effin' leaves I have ever seen" when my back is turned . There is no saving them. In general, the piece could have had more detail and refinement to the wool and apple plant (color choices), but I wanted to finish it in one sitting. I am happy with the glow effect, though. Spruces up the presentation of my floating head subjects a bit .

The apple, the "forbidden fruit", can be a religious symbol for sin. Black sheep stand out from the rest of their predominantly white-colored counterparts.
