Description
My Lilo and Stitch fancharacter from ages ago. This is Dipsy (She didn't have a name when I originally created her so I figured Dipsy suited her
). She is inspired by a mix of fox, rabbit, and whale. Odd combo I know.I wanted to try a new painting technique in photoshop and I'm pretty happy with the result.
