Hello! I been browsing art on the Group and find yours which called my attention and got curious to comment here. Well, this is my critique on this: I like the way you shaded, never seen that way of shading before, it looks like a kind of design. Also the hair of the character at the left, you drew her hair so well❤ honestly someone like me can't draw hair properly, not even if it's THAT long. The character at the right looks adorable as well, the face looks funny xD, also the pose looks cute! The expressions of both characters let people relate to them, also you're very good at drawing hands :0 that's sad to me because I caaaaaan'tttttt. Again, what a gorgeous hair the girl has! Also she reminded to me to Alice in Wonderland (I know that's not her, sorry if it's rude to be comparing your character with her

Hey! I'm going to focus on commenting on the displayed picture rather than the animation, I am no professional in that field, but I can shortly just tell you you did an amazing job, and put SO much effort into it! Animation looked very smooth, and clean and the movement looks great! So keep going~!
Now onto the picture: it's definitely very interesting, I don't think i've seen this kind of shading anywhere before, so it definitely is unique. I like your style of drawing and the thick linework that doesn't look messy or just bad. I do think that the background doesn't really fit, this pink color clashes with the darker tones and the style you have for the characters, surely keeping it plain helps the characters to not blend in and get lost but i would use darker and less saturated color instead. Now as much as I like the shading for the uniqueness I feel like it's overdone, keeping it in this style, yet not forcing it in every shadow would look more aesthetic. With that, there's also the color of the shadows, which in my opinion should change depending on the base color that it's laid on like the girls hair wouldn't look so dull if you used a dark brown instead. Lastly I feel like the blush doesn't really fit in the illustration, perhaps making it very subtle and soft would blend in much nicer.

I can see where you're coming from with the blush and the background, I'm a little obsessed with contrast, but not very good at applying it effectively...
And I've been getting a lot of concerned remarks about the shading haha, so I'm definitely planning to explore it more in the future. I also agree about the shadows colors, the only reason I don't do it is I'm lazy but it's definitely worth working on because sometimes it takes longer to work around it other ways
Once again thank you for the critique, I will definitely keep your suggestions in mind in the future
