     Locked in Valerius’ arms, she was a bit disconcerted at her play of emotions. Her tears long since past, she felt something else had taken their place. Resting her head against his chest, she could hear the thump of his heart. Suddenly a mixture of fear and fascination bubbled inside her as she realized that it was creating a hunger in her that she had never know. His blood was calling to her in a way that both repulsed her and summoned her desire.

     Tilting her head, she began to explore his feverish skin, lapping teasingly with her tongue until she came to the steady pulse of his throat. Taking a deep breath in, she could smell his blood as if it were begging her to take a taste. Leaning his head back, Valerius seemed to be caught up in the same desire as she. A strange feeling over came her as she felt her canines begin to lengthen. Gently scraping them over his skin she smiled in satisfaction as he shuddered against her. She felt as though his tripping pulse was begging her to free it, to make it her own. Going on a primal instinct she had never know, riding this wave of power and seduction, she sank her teeth into his throat, tasting the sweetness of his blood.

     Grabbing her hair in his fist, he pulled Elisabeth away from his throat. Astonished at the power that seemed to make her eyes glow, he kissed her passionately, nibbling and licking his blood off of her lips. Driven by a urge that he had never felt he threw her down on the bed, covering her body with his own. In a frenzy of lust and desire, he began ripping her clothes away, pleased as he noticed she was doing the same to him. Knowing that she had become a vampire washed away any worries he had of hurting her. With his mouth he began to explore her body, biting and licking his way across her skin. As he took her nipple in his mouth, he smiled in satisfaction as he felt her arch her back in response. His mouth began to water as he caught scent of her desire.

     Soon she no longer was content with his mouth feasting upon her body, she screamed out for him to take her. Plunging himself deep within her body, he growled in satisfaction at the look of pure lust upon her face. Lifting her hips she met his thrusts, taking all he had to give and matching it with a desire of her own. Pulling him to her, she plunged her teeth into his neck as he continued to thrust inside her, driven out of his mind with a lust he had never known. As pain and pleasure mixed and mingled into one, he bit down into her shoulder, tasting her flesh and blood. Her screams of fulfillment pushed him over the edge and soon he lay by her side panting. Pulling her into his arms, he marveled at the sight of her skin knitting itself back together, finally leaving no trace of the jagged tears he had blemished her skin with.

     With a murmured I love you, she fell into a deep sleep. Burrowing down behind her, he breathed in the sweet smell of her body mixed with the lingering smell of sated lust. He wrapped his arm across her body, pulling her close. He knew without doubt that he had loved her before, but he had always been careful with her.
