A little Tutorial how to make a bodybuilder (manipulate)
I'm apologise for my bad English but I think you'll understand it anyway

Step 1:
Inflate the Body and limbs with Liquify (filter > Liquify) so you got a simple structure of a Bodybuilder.

Step 2:
Create a new layer (above) and Fill (Shift+F5) with 50% grey.
Set the layer to Linear Light. Use Burn Tool (and Dodge Tool) to mark the muscle groups (use a reference).

Create a new layer (above) and Fill with 50% grey. Set to Soft Light and mark sharp structures and the darker parts.

Optional:
Create a new layer (above) and Fill with 50% grey. Set to Linear Light. Mark the Artery and other details. You can also make this in the first Layer.
