Description
Another Xander Cyrus's request, my longest work for the last 6 years
Time taken: 6 hours 35 min
Tools: Paper A4, pencils 2H, 2B, 5B, graphite pencil 2B-4B (it has no wooden parts at all!), technical pencil HB 0.5 mm, usual eraser, soft eraser, sharpened eraser, tissue, tortillion.

Самый запоминающийся персонаж ЗВ. Судьба его неоднозначна, сложна и показательна. В своих действиях руководствовался эмоциями. Жизнь преподнесла этому человеку множество тяжёлых испытаний, сопряжённых с душевными муками и тяжестью выбора. В этой борьбе он всё же победил - не дал злу бесповоротно завладеть собой. Что до внешнего вида его скафандра-какой выдали, такой и носил.

Я не считаю, что Темная сторона - это плохо. И что Вейдер перешел на Светлую сторону - тоже не считаю.
Йода в 3 эпизоде еще бросал меч. В клона.

Все эти традиционно светло-положительные герои с их заготовленными ответами и твердокаменными убеждениями лично на меня нагоняют невыносимую тоску. Тот же Обик - проповедует, я его любил как брата, не смогу убить, ага, пусть лучше сам сгорит заживо... Рядом с Вейдером даже наш герой положительный Люк кажется блеклым. Легко быть положительным когда тебя ничто не привязывает, когда у тебя нет любимой которая должна умереть, когда тебя не загоняют в рамки... Просто Вейдер всегда был другим, он был стихией, слишком живым для джедаев, задавал слишком много вопросов, слишком многого хотел. Он личность, единственная действительно яркая во всех 7-ми эпизодах, и мне невыносимо жалко, что с ним все случилось так (ну занесло парня, сложно оправдать, но ему и не нужны оправданья). Он перегорел внутренне и стал очень сильным, потому что слишком много потерял.

Да, но был ли он при этом "в плену темной стороны", "рабом темной стороны" или еще что? По-моему, нет, просто возвращаться на светлую сторону после сделанного было явно бессмысленно, а темная сторона давала ему какую-то видимость смысла жизни. С чего бы еще он так легко в один момент отказался от преданности учителю.

Wow, I really like this. It's a good example of the duality of the character, and I really like the Nelvaanian cave painting background, as it was in Nelvaan that Anakin came to terms with his dark destiny.

I like this, it is very well done. If I had anything negative to say, it would be that the flat surface of Vader's nose when merged like this has the unfortunate side affect of giving Anakin a pronounced "Pug-Nose."
But again very well done.

Yes, that kind of merging parts of the nose was not very good idea. I saw it at the early stages but was too lazy to correct it.
Well, that's not the only mistake here, as you see Anivader's waistline is too narrow, but it's difficult to merge Anakin, whose muscle volume is not very big, with Vader, who was actually a bodybuilder, and make the picture simmetrical

His right hand is mechanical from the middle of the humerus and his left hand seems to be mechanical from the shoulder (the shoulder joint is mechanical, but it may be a mechanical joint inside real muscles as real internal prosthetics).

Well his left hand is cut at the humerus near his elbow joint in TFU, so maybe the shoulder joint is an internal prosthetics. If he didn't lose his hand AGAIN between TFU and Ep VI.)

Can't remember it in comics between TFU (3-4 BBY) and Ep VI (4 ABY). I remember he lost his hand in Purge. Well, the Jedi kicked his ass well in Purge xD I can't stop laughing when I remember him sitting with a very offended look and whining "I will destrooooy you aaaaall, I will destrooooy you aaaall!"
