That was the idea... Me and my friend are often playing mini-roleplaying games in ICQ, once I was Ciel and he was Alois and he finally got Ciel, and he began calling captive Ciel "brother". I loved the idea :3

or softer colored pencils which don't require so much pressure (they don't left these annoying white spaces, in eddition). I have Triocolor by Koh-i-noor (used here[link] ), they're much more comfortable than other pencils, but I can't guess it will be anough for you.

You coloured just a part of paper there... here I coloured all the paper in many layers

That's true,it's big difference.I coloured some big designs for printing and I have to say I don't want to do it again.

Why, what's wrong? You have very nice sketches ( [link] and [link] for example), all you need is ink and colour it!

XD;; I'm sort of a perfectionist, so if I were to draw Black Butler (more like AloisxCiel) fanart, I'd have to be able to make it as pro-looking as possible. XD;; IDK why. I really don't like my style, that's one reason. o_e;; But er, thank you again! <3
I love how you have all the steps and that you're so patient ;0; I have to be really dedicated to a picture for me to put effort into it, but I'm usually lazy. XD;; By the way, what kinda tools do you use? c:

I am a perfectionist too, but there's a point where I should stop. On the 10th layer pencils make only mess. XD
The patience... well, these 7 hours were in 3 days, 2 hours a day
Tools:
For the sketch I use Koh-i-noor 2H usual pencil.
For the lineart - I used to use gel ink pen (0.2 or 0.5 mm). But I have none of them now so I used BIC Soft feel 0.5 mm ball point pen here. It's not worse :3
I use Olli colour pencils (dream for Prismacolor but can't find them in my city), two 12-piece packs - 2 mm and 5 mm. 2 mm for more delicate and fine lines, 5 mm for big spaces. I mix colours many times so in fact I use 7-9 colours for each picture.
I use usual soft tissue for blending (twice the use, you can clean your nose with one side and blend your artwork with the other. XD ) I don't have tortillion for delicate blending and I don't like self-made paper tortillions so I turn the tissue around a pencil and use it like a tortillion.

Ahh! XD If I ever need anything blended I try to use my finger. XD;; I know I'm not supposed to but I'm usually too lazy to get up ;w; (it's a miracle I'm not obese actually)

Finger makes a lot of mess, people who told me how to draw told me never use my finger and they were right! Tissue is more accurate :3 I turn it around a finger and goooo XDDD
