Description
There's all kinds of obsidian out there, reds, blues, pinks, blacks & yellows. haha more or less. But this is a Slab/Preform from Keith J. Hull. Rainbow Obsidian. And it really depends where you get your rock or more less on the rock itself of what kind of color it comes out to be.
Some have really really vibrant purples, blues. But this one came out nice. I'm not too sure where I got the antler, I wanna say it was locally gathered. The whole piece was well over 15, 16 inches. A nice solid piece.

Thanks bud. I feel like I'm close to barely starting to be close to being what I'd consider "good" far as photography goes! Still after that anonymous macro lens to really kick it up a notch!~

I've heard of it before, but whenever I see it, it's been cut and/or polished. I like it like this best!

Yeah it seems to be a favorite amongst the flintknapping community & colored blades often go quicker than black blades. I wanna try to get my hands on some purple stuff. Looks pretty in the pictures an I'd imagine much better in real life yo.
