Dramatic visuals aside, this really is likely to happen to DA on May 20th, 2020, it could be replaced with a drab, tedious, unorganized mess of an interface and I imagine it'll be nearly impossible for most users to adapt. All that despite the community making it abundantly clear that it doesn't work.
