Description
I've decided to do my take on Sodor's most important train, the Wild Nor'Western, known simply as the Express. Enjoy.Note: I've modeled the coaches after the Bachmann models and the classic series models.

I'm guessing these are the closest to the BR MK1's? I've been looking for sprites those, and these are the most similar and appealing.

They're more of a mix of BR Mk1s and Southern Bulleid coaches, which I'm pretty sure the Bachmann models are.

The MK1's and Bulleid's do look quite similar in design. After all, many engines and rolling stock designs by BR are based off LMS and some Southern designs. The Standard 2's -5's are based off the LMS designs. I believe the 6P Clans and the 7P Britannia's are based off the rebuilt Bulleid pacific's.

I hear that they did include features from the rest of the Big Four.

Yep. Though you're correct that the LMS influence did make up the majority of the BR designs, given that Chief Engineer Robin Riddles was trained on the LMS.

Riddles also built the WD Austerity 2-8-0 and 2-10-0s during WW2.

Interesting! The 9F's are likely based on the 2-10-0s I presume.
