1. Kevin Bacon as Daniel

This guy played a lot of characters with Southern accents(most notably Val McKee from Tremors), and after hearing his voice long enough, I felt that he was perfect. It also helps that Daniel is an engine from Arkansas, both in my universe and real life.

2. Keith Ferguson as Jamie
This guy sure breathes a lot of life, energy and color into Lightning McQueen in the Cars Toons. I know Owen Wilson voiced McQueen in the movie, but I like Ferguson's voice a little better.

3. Chris Pratt as Alvin
What can I say, he's smooth, tough, and can be either a cool guy or just a jerk, kinda like Owen Grady from Jurassic World(shown here), and he's got the charisma needed to pull it off. I think this is what I'm looking for in Alvin.

4. Michael J. Fox as Bradley
What else can I say? He's funny, youthful sounding, energetic, but can sound a bit tough at times, best represented IMO through his role of Marty McFly from Back to the Future. That's Bradley for ya', except he doesn't like being called cute.

5. James Earl Jones as Bruce
When you first meet Mufasa, you feel a bit intimidated. But, his deep fatherly voice, combined with that warm welcoming smile on his face reassures you that he means no harm. I thought that's the perfect for a king.

6. Laura Bailey as Clarice

When I first looked up this girl's voice on YouTube, I was astounded by how talented she was and how versatile her voice. Heck, she would give Tara Strong a run for her money. As for the characters she played, at first it was difficult, but after a little more searching and comparing, I decided to go with Blaze from Sonic Generations, a perfect balance of class and playfulness. The only thing missing was the British accent I imagined for Clarice, hence the UK flag next to Blaze.

7. Michelle Pfeiffer as Charlotte

*NEW 5/21/2019* Charlotte is a very caring and supportive engine, but is not afraid to get tough and nasty if you screw with her too much, much like how this lady Michelle Pfeiffer portrayed Zipporah from The Prince of Egypt.
