Go ahead, though I'd rather you credit Jamesfan1991 for this instead given that this his art style and not my own.

Cool sprite designs, Daniel. I'm impressed how much detail goes into making one of these masterpieces.

I'm thinking of doing them in my own style sometime.

Interesting. So, mind if I ask what are the differences between your sprites?

DanielArkansanEngine In reply to SuperJames526 [2017-08-15 19:46:13 +0000 UTC]

Oh where do I begin? Jamesfan's, if not inflated to two pixels is a little smaller than mine, doesn't use as many darker outlines as me, and mine try to be a little more accurate to images.

Oh. I see. Well, thanks for explaining that. To be true, you both are great sprite makers! *cues The Most Important Thing Is Being Friends*

Thanks. Though, try actually visually comparing my Thomas sprite to his(his previous one not his current one).

True. But that's why there's originality.

One of these could be Stanley from the Mid-Sodor Railway!

DanielArkansanEngine In reply to steamdiesel [2017-08-15 19:29:36 +0000 UTC]

Or some other engine that Jamesfan could come up with, I mean since Smudger is in his series.

steamdiesel In reply to DanielArkansanEngine [2017-08-15 20:08:14 +0000 UTC]

True. Β or he could add both in. Β Perhaps Smudger came after Stanley in the hopes that he could be better than him, but was proven otherwise. Β This idea has been done before in Sodor: The Modern Years, except with a different engine named Andreas in place of Smudger.

Yeah, and have the standard gauge engines drop the narrow gauge off at Crovan's Gate before continuing on to Knapford to meet Sir Topham Hatt.
