Long ago, I had made this very vehicle. I was experimenting with the "Bake Textures & Normals" technique. As you can see from my first version that I uploaded on Sketchfab, it didn't work the way I wanted.

I had also promised that I would deliver an improved version of this same 3D model. Well, here it is. At last I can say that I am satisfied with my interpretation of the Blue Falcon.

I don't feel ready to retry that technique mentioned above just yet (and it's not because I didn't try again with this 3D model), but I will treat this technique properly when I learn more and better on the theme.

I didn't find any tutorials on how to make a Blue Falcon, but I promise you, as soon as I feel encouraged, I will do a tutorial on how I made this 3D model. However, I can share with you a tutorial on how to achieve a car paint texture, given by the YouTube channel Deepak Graphics:
